Choose right Weight loss diets

The first day, you need to eat all the fruits you want except banana. Water or unsweetened tea can only be taken. Take as much cabbage soup as you like.
The second day, you can have a wide variety of choices of raw and cooked vegetables you want to eat for the day. Do not eat too much sweet corn, dry beans and peas. Baked potato with butter is a good choice for a healthy dinner. Have as much soup as you like but no fruit for today.

The fourth day, eat bananas as many as you want. Along with cabbage soup, skim milk is to be taken too. This day, you are required to lessen desires for sweets.
The fifth day, you are allowed to eat beef for about 300-500 grams with some large fresh tomatoes on it. Drink at least 6 to 8 glasses of water to cleanse your body from toxin and it will prevent you stimulation of your hunger, one time intake of cabbage soup for today. If you feel like eating chicken than beef, you can provide the chicken is broiled or baked and skinless.
The sixth day, Beef and vegetables with cabbage soup are eaten.
The seventh day, Vegetables, brown rice and unsweetened juices are taken for this day. Have your cabbage soup once a day.
